How do I register for the conference?
The links to register for both the VLE + RLE will be ​available on the ULE​ home page.​​

I am a new student; will I be registered for the conference automatically?
No, all new students must register themselves for the conference.

 If I already registered for classes, do I also need to register on the conference site?
Yes, they are two different registrations. The Residential Learning Experience and Virtual Learning Experience sites are for Conference booking only. Contact the Office of the Registrar if you need assistance with course registration.

A limited number of rooms are available as a courtesy to students at a group rate of $237.70 (including fees) per night plus tax.  We encourage you to book early to obtain the Saybrook rate

Guests can also call our In-House Reservations Dept. at 818-623-1434 from 7am-7pm, Monday-Sunday.  Please have the attendees refer to group code SAYU25 when booking.   ​

​The contracted cut off date for your discounted room rate is 12/6/2024. Please book your reservation before the cut off date.

If you require an ADA accessible room, please contact the hotel directly.

Once the cut off date has expired, any remaining unsold rooms will automatically be released back to the main hotel inventory to be made available for regular guests.

PARKING:

Parking at the hotel is $40/day for overnight parking and $16/day for the daily parking. There are no in and out privileges for parking. Please plan accordingly. You may pick up your daily parking discount voucher at the Registration desk.

One option is The SP+ Parking at 7021 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90028 is approximately 0.6 miles away from Universal Studios Hollywood.
